What sets Wenger Construction apart from the other roofing, sheet metal, and siding companies? Following is the experience a homeowner would have with us from the initial phone call to the final knock on the door (to let you know the work has been completed).

Initial Contact (day 1)

1. Most of the time either John, Jake or Nick will be available to talk to.
2. If someone is not available, we will call you back right away.
3. We will find out the following info over the phone:
   • name, address, phone numbers
   • description of you project
   • answer any questions you may have
   • setup a meeting
     • Depending on the type of project, we can either setup a meeting or we can just go look at the work. Whichever option makes you most comfortable.
     • We are very flexible and can meet at any times that are convenient for you.

Initial Visit (days 2 or 3)

1. If we have agreed to just go look at the work - we will just show up and start measuring. Depending on the type of project, typical "site inspection" will take from 15 to 60 minutes.
2. If we have made an appointment we will arrive at the time agreed to and:
   • We will further discuss the details of the project with you.
   • We will answer any questions you may have.
   • We will take measurements and any pictures we may need.

Proposal Received (days 4 or 5)

1. Once we have assembled all of the information we need - we will begin to prepare your estimate.
2. We will include all options (related to the base bid) as separate line items.
3. We will professionally prepare a written proposal.
4. You will receive you proposal within 5 working days of your 1st phone call.
5. We will send you the proposal by either:
   • Mail
   • Fax
   • E-mail

When you choose to work with us, you can expect the following:

1. We would like to setup a pre-construction meeting, where you could finalize details such as:
   • Permit requirements
   • Dumpster location
   • Color selections
   • Schedule
   • Special conditions
2. We will show up on the day we say we will - weather permitting.
3. We will work on the job consecutive work days until the project is complete.
4. We will keep the worksite clean at all times.
5. We will do high quality work.
6. We will inspect all projects along the way and also upon completion.
7. Our men will be courteous and professional.
8. You will receive our workmanship warranty as well as the manufacturer's warranty with your invoice.
