Project Notes

The Park Terrace project has spanned over 3 years. We have done over 1 million dollars in work on this project. These are very high end condos on the east side of Milwaukee. Our craftsmanship had to be perfect. The challenges on this project were the tight jobsite as well as the many different products that were used for the siding. Each condo house used fiber cement lap siding, fiber cement vertical siding, cedar siding, composite trim, cedar trim, Breckenridge sanded smooth soffit panels.
