Wenger Construction Comprehensive Safety Training Summary

WCI understands that on jobsites today, safety is top priority. Because of this, we continually invest in and strengthen our safety program. We recently hired ABC as an independent safety consultant. We believe that money invested on the front end pays off in the long run with fewer injuries, a lower mod rate, and more proactive employees. Our comprehensive safety program includes:

New Employees Safety Orientation

  • We have created, with the help of ABC, a "new employee safety orientation" that each new employee will go through prior to starting work for WCI.
  • This orientation covers some basic overall construction safety and also details safety rules and procedures related directly to our lines of work.
  • We also issue each new employee a hard hat, safety glasses, and harness set (if required).
